15 day Return / Exchange Policy
Audio 46 carries a 15 day return/exchange policy on all unopened packages returned in original factory conditions. Opened items that are unused and in their open state will be accepted as well if they meet all other conditions for returns.
In order for Any return to be valid, your products must meet the following criteria and the item must have been purchased within 15 days of the return.
- Item must be in “like new condition” & must include the complete original packaging and accessories.
- All literature that was originally included — manuals, warranty card, etc. — must be returned in new condition.
- Item must be shipped with Any free gift or bundled item. Items shipped back without gifts or bundled items that were part of the sale, will loose the grouped package discounts and pay the displayed retail price for the part(s) of the package you keep.
- The item must be delivered in a properly packed double box, sealed with packing tape.
- The packaging must be in original condition.
- Returned items must match the Serial Number of the shipped item.
- The returned item must not be a used inner ear device (earbuds, earphones, and inner-ear monitors)
You may return a product for a refund of the purchase price, or exchange for another product within a 15 days. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. Shipping will not be refunded, with returns even if the customer paid for the shipping. Return labels will ONLY be supplied when a customer has received a defective product or a mistake was made by Audio46.

Please note in order to ship a return you must contact us first and receive a RMA number. Shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is deemed defective by our staff.
Returns that do not meet the aforementioned conditions will not be honored.
If you believe that you have received a defective product, contact our support team. We will respond quickly with assistance or to provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. If we determine the unit failed under warranty within 15 days of purchase, we will cover shipping costs within the U.S. to replace the unit for you.
Personally used items such as inner-ear devices, and mouthpieces can be exchanged for the same make and model under this policy, however they cannot be refunded.

Due to the health risks that can be associated with sharing inner-ear and oral devices, All earbud, earphone, inner-ear headphone, and mouthpiece sales are final.
Blowout Sale Items
Any item that we specifically order for a customer cannot be refunded or canceled. Special Order items ship directly from the Manufacturer to the consumer. If a Special order Item is defective, you may contact Audio46 for assistance in how to get a replacement for the Item. However, the burden of replacing the item and the warranty claim will be the responsibility of the consumer. ANY ITEM LISTED AS SPECIAL ORDER WILL BE SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
Products shipped internationally are still eligible for returns. Please note that any customs fees and taxes that were associated with your package may be non-refundable in the event of a return. International duties are only refundable at the discretion of the country receiving the package. Audio46 has no control of these costs and therefore has no ability to refund them.
Any customer returning more than three (3) products in any one (1) calendar year will be subject to a minimum 15% product restocking fee imposed at the discretion of Audio46 without further warning.
Rescission Of Sale
All non-shipped orders can be canceled and refunded. Shipped order cannot be canceled. Please contact Info@audio46.com immediately if you would like to cancel your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order if it has not shipped yet due to inventory, quality control, typographical errors, or payment processing issues.
