Four conductors: 15 foot (450cm) extension cable terminated with a 1/4 inch (6.3mm) plug and a 1/4 inch (6.3mm) jack.
Twelve conductors: 12-foot extension cable terminated with a 1/4 inch (6.3mm) plug and a 1/4 inch (6.3mm) jack.
The cables are constructed from the same high quality super annealed copper wire as the X-Series headphone cables, with braided sheathing. For longer lengths cables may be piggybacked up to 3 cables. Grado guarantees no degradation of sonic quality with Grado headphones while using their extension cable.

There are many of these cables available for sale online from many retailers and at many prices. Grado is a reputable company and you will see this particular cable mentioned many times on audiophile forums as having good quality. I corresponded with someone at Grado who informed me that the four-conductor version will be adequate for most people, as the 12-conductor version is mainly meant for people who would use it with Grado's highest tier of headphones. This has been a useful addition to my setup and I have experienced no noise or distortion at all.
