And here, we designed a new type of silica gel ear tips, which adopts double mold injection molding process, and the tips body is integrated with the newly developed high-frequency waveguide structure and radial support structure, which enhances the support of the central axis on the premise of ensuring soft and comfortable wearing, making it durable and not easy to deform, effectively prevents the bass leakage while correcting the treble timbre, so as to obtain a better listening experience.

Nozzle

The nozzle of Spring Tips is equipped with acoustic waveguide structure verified by FEA finite element simulation combined with repeated experiments, significantly inhibiting the treble resonance generated by the coupling of the treble sound-waves into the ear canal through the nozzle in actual measurement, and greatly reducing the resonance of mid treble and the treble from the frequency amplitude response characteristics, lowering the burr and sharp sound in treble, to make the treble performance more natural and avoid the loss of treble extension.

In the actual measurement of frequency response curve matched with earphones, It clearly showed that Spring Tips can greatly suppress the treble resonance peak generated by the coupling between ear tips and our canal, further improving the restore of the treble timbre.
