PLEASE NOTE: Although gift cards are digital, they are not sent out immediately after purchase. Delays shouldn't be more than 24 hours.

Discounted Cards have the following restrictions:

• Cannot be applied retroactively on past orders
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes
• Not valid for use with items already on sale (this includes open box and b-stock)
• Can NOT be used on Astell&Kern, Campfire, Focal or Grado orders
• Can NOT be used on Pre-Orders or New Releases
• Purchases made with discounted gift cards are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for price matching

Orders using discounted gift cards on products with ANY discounts applied or with ineligible brands WILL be voided.
