Open Box Policy

Here at Audio46, we're always interested in giving you the best deal possible. To this end, we're proud to offer Open Box specials.

Open Box units can be:

• customer return
• a review unit
• store demo that has less than 5 hours of use

Each one of our Open Boxes is inspected by our staff to ensure it is fully functional to the best of our knowledge. We do not list products that have any compromise on their ability to function on par with a brand new item.

We also clean our Open Boxes and note any cosmetic imperfections, which would be listed in the title.

ALL Open Box merchandise will be in like-new condition UNLESS stated otherwise in the product listing. Any merchandise showing signs of wear or cosmetic imperfections will be listed as such.

Additionally, because we are an authorized dealer of every brand we carry, every Open Box item sold by Audio46 comes with the original manufacturer's warranty. The only exceptions are the following:

• The following brands do NOT offer warranty on open boxes: Astell & Kern, iFi, SIVGA, and Sendy Audio
• ABYSS open boxes do not qualify for extended manufacturer 3 year warranty (you'd still get their 1 year standard warranty)

NOTICE: For all purchases after Aug 18, 2023, open box items qualify for our 30 day return policy with no restocking fee
