Good compliment to JVC Spiral Dot
These are very good ear tips. I use them with a JVC HA-FD01 and they are top tier. The HA-FD01 has very strong transparency, tone, timbre, shine, and really attacks the music imo. The spiral dots sound best with these particular iems, but they have so very little bass. That is where these come in, they compliment both the spiral dots and the ha-fd01 rather well. Not as fun, open or dynamic as the Spiral Dots, but you get so much more bass that its worth owning both. Also these come in extra small and the JVC Spiral Dots don’t. :)

I have purchased tons of tips for headphones over the years, usually foam. Recently I purchased new in-ear headphones and these were included in the package. The perfect size and the most comfortable I have ever used. Love that they offer so many sizes, more than I have ever seen.
Buy these if you want foam-like silicone tips!
So, I negligently didn't get the version of this product that includes adapters, but I had some Symbio Wa adapters which worked. Here's how I'd break down the score: -Comfort 10/10 -Seal 10/10 (basically as good as my Shure Olives) -Sound 9/10. I had bought these for less of a treble rolloff and detail loss compared to foamies. They do that, but do still sound a tad foam-like (which could be a benefit if you are not EQing and using a bright IEM. I use EQ with my KSE1200s so I don't really need too much treble rolloff, hence the 9/10.
