How do I access my rewards points?

You need sign into your Audio46 account either through this page (see above) or through the rewards widget (bottom left of the page):

How do I redeem my points?

First make sure you're signed into your account through this page (see above) or through the rewards widget (bottom left of the page).

Next, when you're ready, head over to the checkout page. During checkout, you should see a slider for converting your points into a coupon code
On desktop, find it above the product on the right-hand side of the page

On mobile, find it at the top of the page, just under the order summary drop-down

Click Apply on the slider, and you'll be taken to the widget where you'll find your Loyalty code

Click Apply Code, and it should apply automatically. If it doesn't, you can manually copy/paste it into the discount box.
If you accidentally click out of the widget, you can find the code again by scrolling to the bottom of the widget where it says "Your Rewards". You'll also receive an email with the code.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to limitations with our cart system, loyalty codes generated from rewards points CANNOT be combined with any other promo codes

Something happened when I tried to redeem my rewards. Did I lose my points?

Don't worry, you didn't lose your points!

The amount was "spent" on a coupon code. Once you create a coupon code, the points are locked into it and your points total will show as a lower amount or zero. You can find the code again by scrolling to the bottom of our rewards widget where it says "Your Rewards". You'll also receive an email with the code (make sure to check your spam and promotions folders).

Finding the code in the widget:
1) Open the A46 Rewards widget at the bottom of the screen
2) Scroll down and click on "Your Rewards"
3) Click "View" on the discount
4) The code can be copy/pasted into checkout

Why is checkout showing an error message when I try to use my rewards code?

The rewards code is limited to one-time use in your cart. It's likely you've somehow created more than one cart in our system, and the code would only be applicable to the first usage. If this is occuring within a single browser session, we recommend clearing your cookies/cache.

I have points I want redeemed. Why is my total showing the wrong amount?

Points earned from purchases are held for 45 days before becoming redeemable. This means that your points won't show up on your total until AFTER 45 days, starting from the date your account was charged. Additionally, check whether your previous purchase(s) are eligible for earning rewards by reviewing our rewards restrictions.

Why can't I see the points earned from my latest purchase?

Points earned from purchases are held for 45 days. They won't show up on your total until AFTER 45 days, starting from the date your account was charged.

Are there any restrictions on earning loyalty rewards?

Yes, we have a few:
- Only eligible on purchases made through our online store
- Open Box, B-Stock, and Refurbished products do NOT qualify for rewards points
- Discounted purchases do NOT qualify for rewards points (this restriction includes any discounts or price matching applied after an order is already placed)
- Due to limitations with our cart system, loyalty codes generated from rewards points CANNOT be combined with any other promo codes

Can I redeem my loyalty points for cash back?

Loyalty points can only be redeemed as discount codes on purchases on Audio46.com. They cannot be converted to cash back.

What if I don't have an account?

No worries! If you made a purchase before creating an account, simply create an account now using the same email as your previous purchase(s). Your points are linked to that email.

Why do I receive an error message when I attempt to login using my email?

That may mean you haven't created an account with us yet. Create an account now using the same email as your previous purchase(s).
