I have points I want redeemed. Why is my total showing the wrong amount?

Points earned from purchases are held for 45 days before becoming redeemable. This means that your points won't show up on your total until AFTER 45 days, starting from the date your account was charged.

If you recently redeemed points, the amount was "spent" on a coupon code. Once you create a coupon code, the points are locked into it and your points total will show as a lower amount or zero.

Something happened when I tried to redeem my rewards. Did I lose my points?

Don't worry, you didn't lose your points. You can find the code again by scrolling to the bottom of our rewards widget where it says "Your Rewards". You'll also receive an email with the code.

Why can't I see the points earned from my latest purchase?

Points earned from purchases are held for 45 days. They won't show up on your total until AFTER 45 days, starting from the date your account was charged.

Why did I earn less rewards than was listed on the product page?

The rewards amount listed on the product page is the maximum amount you can earn, which is through Audio46 Pay.

Can I increase my total earned points with Audio46 PAY?

No. You can only earn points through one rewards method at any given time. Learn about the difference here.

Are there any restrictions on earning loyalty rewards

Yes, we have a few:
- Open Box, B-Stock, and Refurbished products do NOT qualify for rewards points
- Purchases with discounts are not eligible for rewards
- Due to limitations with our cart system, loyalty codes generated from rewards points CANNOT be combined with any other promo codes

You need sign into your Audio46 account either through this page or through the rewards widget

What if I don't have an account?

No worries! If you made a purchase before creating an account, simply create an account now using the same email as your previous purchase(s). Your points are linked to that email.

PLEASE NOTE: Only orders placed after Dec 2020--when we implemented our rewards program--are eligible for rewards

Why do I receive an error message when I attempt to login using my email?

That means you haven't created an account with us yet. Create an account now using the same email as your previous purchase(s).

How do I redeem my points?

First make sure you're signed into your account through this page or through the rewards widget.

Next, when you're ready, head over to the checkout page. During checkout, you should see a slider for converting your points into a coupon code
On desktop, find it above the product on the right-hand side of the page

On mobile, find it at the top of the page, just under the order summary drop-down

Click Apply on the slider, and you'll be taken to the widget where you'll find your Loyalty code

Click Apply Code, and it should apply automatically. If it doesn't, you can manually copy/paste it into the discount box.
If you accidentally click out of the widget, you can find the code again by scrolling to the bottom of the widget where it says "Your Rewards". You'll also receive an email with the code.
