My favorite sound!
These are my favorite full-size headphones, they are quite weighty, but they are very conveniently placed on the head, they are very comfortable, they do not press in any part of the head, you almost don’t feel them, the sound isolation is excellent and I can listen to my favorite music for hours. The sheepskin leather ear pads are very soft, the headphones are very comfortable and do not put pressure on the ears. I bought a special oil for skin care of ear pads, from the company AUDEZE.
What a difference!
I had been considering upgrading my old Sennheiser HD650s and was interested in planar magnetic headphones. I researched the **** out of them and decided that my best bet was likely to be the Audeze LCD-2. My only regret is that I waited so long! The sound is full across the spectrum, and my HD650s sound like a toy in comparison. The LCD-2 is beautifully crafted and very comfortable even though they are heavier. Played through my Denon AV receiver and a Schiit Asgard headphone amp they sound fantastic! My old iPhone 6 even drives them at a decent volume level. Audio46 delivered quickly and packaged the headphones way beyond what I expected. This was my first time to buy from Audio46 but probably not my last.
