Great service, great product selection - I'll definitely be back!

Needed a specialized product to complement my daughter's home studio.

I came to the site via Google when they had the Mark Levinson 5909 at a cheaper price. While it was open box, I still heard good things about them so I gave them a shot. This was for a last minute gift idea. I didn't expect to interact with sales people but they contacted me about the headphones and were super helpful around them. Even when what I ordered was out of stock they helped get me situated with alternative options at no extra cost. The whole thing was expedited smoothly and I was able to get my headphones in a few days and make it in time for Valentine's Day. I thought this would be a one time purchase, but their customer service is so great that I'll definitely be coming back for my HiFi needs in the future :)

Incredible headphone I tried at CanJam (NYC based headphone event)

This was an Open Box item and it was much, much more used and worn than anticipated. The ear cups on the headphones appear heavily used and slightly soiled. If I had been able to examine these before purchasing, it would have easily been a NO GO BUY!!! Even at the modestly reduced price. My Open Box Purchase was a BUST!!
