RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

30-Day Return/Exchange Policy

Audio 46 carries a 30-day return/exchange policy on all merchandise returned in original factory condition, and with the original packaging and original accessories.

 All returns must include the original packaging and accessories.  

For returned headphones and earphones, returns will be refunded minus the shipping costs (including orders that qualified for free shipping at checkout). 

Returns missing packaging or accessories, or with damaged packaging and accessories, may incur a restocking fee up to 50%, or be refused altogether.  

All Digital Audio Players (DAPs) returned to Audio46 will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Players returned as defective must be deemed defective by our staff to waive any restocking fee.  

Items shipped with a free item or as a bundle must be returned as such. Returns missing such items will be charged the full retail value of the missing items.  

All serial numbers must match.  

Please note that three (3) returns (or over 50 % of there purchases are returned whichever comes first) within a year will be considered excessive. Customers making excessive returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee for each return thereafter.   

Opened or used personal accessory goods such as eartips and earpads cannot be returned.  

Special Orders cannot be returned.  

Return labels will ONLY be supplied when a customer has received a defective product or a mistake was made by Audio46.

Product Compatibility and Defective Products

Audio46 will not be held liable for incompatibility of DACs and amps with Android, IOS, or Windows operating systems. Here at Audio46, we simply cannot test every DAC and every amp with every operating system. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer regarding compatibility with their devices.

If you believe that you have received a defective product, please contact our support team. We will respond quickly with assistance or provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. If we determine the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase, we will cover shipping costs within the U.S. to replace the unit for you.

All returns must include an RMA number.  Please send us an email or call us detailing the reason for the return, and we will issue an RMA number.  Returns missing RMA numbers may be delayed or refused.

Shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is deemed defective by our staff.

Returns that do not meet the aforementioned conditions will not be honored.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Any item that we specifically order for a customer cannot be refunded or canceled.  Special Orders ship directly from the Manufacturer or from Audio46 to the consumer.  If a Special Order item is defective, you may contact Audio46 for assistance in how to get a replacement for the item.  However, the burden of replacing the item and the warranty claim will be the responsibility of the consumer. ANY ITEM LISTED AS SPECIAL ORDER WILL BE SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

 

International Returns

Products shipped internationally are still eligible for returns. Please note that any customs fees and taxes that were associated with your package may be non-refundable in the event of a return.  International duties are only refundable at the discretion of the country receiving the package. Audio 46 has no control of these costs and therefore has no ability to refund them.

Please note International orders are not eligible for Prepaid return shipping, if item is defective, buyer must ship at there own expense.

 

Refusal to Pay Customs

In the event that a customer wishes to not pay the customs fees associated with their package, it will be returned to Audio46 by their country. Any shipping costs will be on the burden of the customer. If the customer received free shipping, the shipping cost for both trips will be deducted from their refunded amount.

Please note: Some countries will require that customs be paid for even if the package never leaves customs. Refusal to pay customs fees in these countries, will result in the fees and any shipping costs to be deducted from your refunded amount. In the event that your fees exceed the purchase price, Audio46 reserves the right to bill you for the difference.

 

In-store Purchases

All in-store purchases made will be able to be returned via the postal service, however the consumer must pay ALL freight costs. The same applies for exchanges. If you wish to return/exchange an item this way, you must receive written or verbal confirmation before sending the item back to us.

 

Rescission Of Sale

All non-shipped orders can be canceled and refunded. Shipped order cannot be canceled. Please contact info@audio46.com immediately if you would like to cancel your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order if it has not shipped yet due to inventory, quality control, typographical errors, or payment processing issues.
