Audio46 is an independently run store with a wide selection of headphones, earphones, and audio gear. We strive to provide competitive pricing and excellent customer service on par, and hopefully even better, than corporate stores such as Amazon.

What are your store hours?
We are open all week, every week, with the exception of a few Federal Holidays.
Monday–Friday: 9AM – 7PM
Saturday: 10AM – 6PM
Sunday: 11AM – 6PM
Do you offer demos?
Yes! We offer demos at our store location. No appointment necessary. Come during our open hours and we'll help you out. Make sure to arrive at least 45 minutes before closing time; we stop demoing 15 minutes before closing. If you're interested in trying something specific, feel free to contact us in advance and we'll check the availability before you arrive.
Do you do trade-ins or repairs?
No, we do not do trade-ins or repairs.
What if I found a better price elsewhere?
We want you to get the best price possible when you shop with us!
We can match the current pre-tax price for identical, immediately available products from authorized USA online dealers (with a 4 star rating or above) based on the total purchase price of our competitor, including shipping.
We can also match prices post purchase if we lower our price within 30 days of your purchase.

How fast is your shipping and how much does it cost?
We process orders same day if they're placed Mon-Fri before 5pm ET (excluding pre-orders, backorders, and special orders). We provide FREE shipping, with $25 minimum, within the continental United States. U.S. shipments under $100 usually take 3 to 5 business days to deliver while those over $100 can take 2 to 3 business days. If you live near NYC, free shipping can be as fast as overnight.

Do you offer Free Overnight shipping?
Yes! We offer free next day shipping on purchases over $1000 within the continental United States.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our NYC store location. Occasionally we may dropship if the item is a special order, but otherwise everything comes from our physical inventory.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship internationally, though due to some of the contracts we have, we're unable to ship certain brands everywhere. We're also unable to provide free international shipping, so the exact cost of shipping can be found during checkout after you enter your shipping address. We must declare the actual value of the item when we ship.

Do you charge taxes?
It depends.
In store purchases and orders shipped within New York State come with a 8.875% sales tax. We're also obligated to collect taxes in California, Florida, New Jersey, and select other States. But otherwise, there's no sales tax.
International shipments always incur local import taxes.
Please note that we do not control the taxes/duties/fees set by your country. If your shipping address is in Canada, you'll be responsible for all customs fees. For all other countries, if you choose USPS, you'll also be responsible for customs fees. If you choose Fedex, you may see customs fees combined with the shipping rate
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer a variety of financing services that include split payments, monthly payments, and Pay in 30 days. The exact offering depends on the service provider, where you can choose from PayPal, Klarna, AfterPay, Affirm, and Shop Pay Installments.

Why was my card charged if the item wasn't shipped yet?
If you paid for a standard pre-order or a backorder, we do not charge your card until the item is ready to ship. What you see on your account is a pending authorization hold by your bank, which ensures the funds are set aside. This hold expires after 30 days, so that requires us to ask you to put in a payment again if we receive the stock after that time. You'll only be charged once in total for the purchase.
If you paid for a special pre-order or a special order, we charge your card like a regular purchase.
What is the difference between special pre-order and special order?
Special pre-orders are simply pre-orders on hot items that we need to make sure customers are serious about reserving. They incur a 5% cancellation fee, and some may be marked as final sale.
Special orders are for you to be able to get items on demand from the manufacturer. It can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for your order to arrive, so please make sure you are okay with the wait time in advance because special orders are noncancelable.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a general 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your product. This includes earphones/IEMs. You can return by mail or in person.

Are there any return fees?
We want to make sure you absolutely love what you got, so first time returns generally* do NOT have a restocking fee as long as it's still in like-new condition with all its original packaging and accessories. The only thing you'd be responsible for is the return label.
(*unless there is an extreme circumstance, the product page mentions a restocking fee, or a specific restocking fee already applies)
How do I start a return?
Use our Returns/Exchange form to receive your return authorization.
Does my order come with manufacturer warranty?
Yes! We're an authorized dealer of every brand we carry, so you're getting the legit stuff. Some brands don't offer warranty on open boxes, but otherwise you're covered for defects that may pop up after 30 days.
How do I create/sign-in to my account?
Your account is automatically linked to your email. If you previously subscribed to our newsletter or placed an order, you already have an account through that email.
To sign-in to your account, you will be sent a 6-digit verification code to your email. Please make sure to check your spam and promotions folders.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
There are "unsubscribe" links at the bottom of all our non-transactional emails. Additionally, we have two different email types: our marketing newsletter, and feedback requests. Unsubscribing from one does not automatically unsubscribe you from the other.
