Effect Audio Maestro Cable - a nice upgrade to stock
The Maestro cable is one of the least expensive of the Effect Audio line up but it does make a solid upgrade. I am a fan of Effect Audio products and think they construct their cables very well and making them lightweight is a plus. Since it is a copper cable, it's tendency is to smooth and warm the IEM. To my ears, bass is a little more prominent and mid range just a touch more full. A cable won't change the SQ of and IEM drastically, maybe 2 to 3% in audible difference if you analytical listen. An example: I would pair this type cable with a brighter sounding all BA IEM, where you need to add in that little bit of warmth to the sound spectrum to maybe balance it out. My thoughts anyways. Take care
This cable looks and feels great. Really locked in the sound on 3DT iem. Only minor complaint is the adjustable slider on the wires could be something more robust than plastic. 5 stars anyway
Obviously zero changes in sound. Only buy these if the IEM cable you have sucks. This is a definite upgrade in terms of looks compared to some of the cheap OEM IEM cables.
