Weighing just 480 grams and free from heavy magnets, CRBN2's electrostatic design is lightweight and comfortable for extended wear.

The CRBN line originated from a collaboration with Prof. Mark S. Cohen, Ph.D., and his team at UCLA’s School of Medicine to create headphones for use in MRI machines. The powerful magnetic fields in MRI environments required a unique, non-ferrous driver design, leading to the development of the carbon-nanotube film-based electrostatic driver.
