The ATH-M50xSTS-WL brings wireless connectivity to our popular StreamSet™ streaming headset, giving streamers and content creators the freedom of a cable-free experience. The low-latency, interference-resistant 2.4 GHz digital wireless allows you to connect to a PC or gaming console for unrestricted streaming while enjoying the legendary studio sound of our M50x pro monitoring headphones and the clarity of our 20 Series microphones.
The headset is equipped with the same 45 mm large-aperture drivers found in the M50x – long the monitoring choice of top engineers and audio pros – to provide exceptional clarity throughout an extended frequency range, with deep, accurate bass response. Along with a pair of standard M50x earpads, which ensure the best audio quality and sound isolation, we’ve also included a pair of breathable, mesh earpads to deliver ultimate comfort during long streaming or gaming sessions.
Unlike typical headsets that are equipped with a dynamic microphone, the StreamSet features a cardioid condenser based on our iconic 20 Series mics to provide superior, high-resolution vocal reproduction. The condenser is fixed to the end of a flexible boom arm, allowing you to position the mic close to your mouth for optimal pickup without distracting background noise. To further reduce ambient sounds from air conditioners, PC fans, and the like, we’ve also included an adaptive noise-reduction feature, which can easily be switched on and off at the earcup. To mute the mic, simply flip up the boom arm.
The ATH-M50xSTS-WL offers up to 24 hours of continuous use on a full charge for all-day streaming, and it comes with a USB cable so you can continue using the headset while you charge it.
PC/Console Compatibility
Plug the included USB transceiver into your computer or gaming console and you’re good to go. The ATH-M50xSTS-WL connects via 2.4 GHz digital wireless for stable, low-latency streaming and gaming with exceptional audio quality.
