The uber-classy Bowers and Wilkins PX8 offers a spacious soundstage, energetic sub-bass, intimate vocals, colorful highs, strong active noise cancellation (ANC), and an elegant build. You'll get around 30 hours of playtime, and a quick 15-minute charge gives you seven hours of playback. Unlike so many other Bluetooth headphones in this price range, the Px8 provides a surprisingly open soundscape with natural placement of instruments and vocals, creating an immersive experience similar to high-quality wired closed-back headphones. The bass is deep and powerful, while the midrange has clarity and impact. The low-mids may lack some body for some listeners, but the upper mids shine, bringing vocals forward. The highs are present without being harsh, adding detail and crispness to the sound. It's quite a big leap in skill from the PX7, though an admittedly expensive one. But at the end of the day, Bowers & Wilkins is a luxury audio brand that whispers, "I've made it." Hence the price tag.

Celebrating a relationship which has been in place since 2015, the Px8 McLaren Edition is finished in elegant grey leather with Papaya orange details inspired by McLaren's supercars and hypercars.
Designed highlights
Integration of McLaren Automotive cues is subtle but stylish, with a Galvanic grey finish and Papaya orange highlights, the latter inspired by the famous Papaya orange which originated on founder Bruce McLaren's early racing cars. A discreet tone-on-tone McLaren logo on the headband completes the headphones' distinct and striking design.
