Making 2.5mm balanced even stronger

Thanks to the interface uniformity of Astell&Kern players, the DJ44K M2 is able to convert almost all the players with both 2.5mm and 3.5mm jacks to 4.4mm balanced output. After inserting the 2.5mm and 3.5mm plugs of DJ44K M2 into the jacks of the player, the 2.5mm plug is responsible for the balanced signal output, while the 3.5mm plug is only for grounding and securing, but not for signal output.

Grounded and shielded

The 2.5mm balanced jack on the player does not have a ground pin, so the DJ44K M2 is designed to convert the ground pin on the player's 3.5mm jack into the 4.4mm socket on the adapter where the fifth section is the ground pin, ultimately creating a balanced 4.4mm output signal with grounding.

In addition, the all-metal shell has good shielding effect, which can effectively resist interference and improve the background noise. Especially when used to connect to active speakers, it can eliminate the current sound caused by the contact between the shells.

Lightweight but reliable

The shell of DJ44K M2 is CNC machined from solid aluminum alloy material with precise and tight dimensions. It uses the typical ddHiFi OCC cable for the internal connecting wire, which was soldered with silver-containing solder, so as to ensure lossless transmission of the audio signal. The heightening design at the plug makes it compatible with the device even with the case and makes it easy to use.
