Grado GW100 Wireless Open-Back Headphones
The GW100 are the worlds first open-back Bluetooth headphones. Their speaker housings and internals have been designed from the ground up, now working in tandem to notably diminish escaping sound by up to 60%.*
There is a design language that’s seen throughout all of our headphones since we started building them nearly 30 years ago. The GW100 continues this, looking like it’s part of the family simply at a glance. These wireless Grado headphones are a milestone in our 65 year history.
(*Based on 50% volume throughout playtime. Battery varies due to volume and musical genre.)
Since 1953 Grado Labs has adapted at our own pace, and the first wireless Grado headphone is only the first step in what’s to come. We took our time to get the sound just right and made no compromises in the GW100. Nothing is lost except the wires.
Inside the GW100 are none other than our signature Grado drivers. These speakers are the same ones we build for our wired headphones, which are finely tuned for the different enclosures we use. Grado Labs' first wireless headphone is no different, with drivers configured specifically for them. The desired sonic capabilities of the GW100 would not be possible without decades of experience in driver design.

WHAT THE PRESS IS SAYING
Grado - GW100 V2 Wireless Open-Back Headphones
I use these for gaming. I wanted an open format headphone so that I can hear my immediate surroundings (door, phone, kids, etc) but still be able to immerse in a game with high quality. This checks all of the necessities. The only minor downside is that the foam ears take a little bit of getting used to, but I certainly don't find them outright uncomfortable. I may buy a second pair for travel.
The first hours I thought it was too bass but a few hours of use it adjusted very well, but the construction materials are a bit cheap but that helps make them very light and does not tire when using. they are very good headphones
Nice step-up from my favorite SR80s
I have been a user and Grado fan for the last fifteen years, and wished for 2 things that the GW100 V2 offered; a more pronounced bass that wasn't muddy and overdone, and the flexibility and great sound that Bluetooth 5.0 offers. I can now wirelessly enjoy my music on the balcony with a good cigar and my favorite adult beverage. I agree with Tony T (below) that the 'G' ear cushions are a nice upgrade for comfort.
Really Nice Headphones
These headphones sound great. They are light soft on your ears and very simple. Some other Bluetooth model headphones you need a degree to understand. These have a easy setup and work like a charm. I recommend, but who am I?
