LAN iSilencer
Long story short. This device closes the performance gap between the Mac and a windows machine. If you stream audio on a windows machine and are not using this device, Baker Act yourself.
Small but Mighty
If you have a hifi or decent headphone set up, this will remove occasional digital glare and tighten bass control when streaming music over LAN. My router has two ports in use, one to my headphones rig and one to my hifi. Liked it enough to buy a second one. If you use only one port from your router, you will only need one and I hear two in the chain hurts SQ. Enjoy.

This component, in combo with the ifi iPurifier2, somehow just became the most important pieces in my system. I must have had dirty ethernet and major jitter issues, because my system just went up multiple notches all at once! Soundstage definition improved dramatically, fuller/denser sound across the board, sense of air and space, richer tonality, PRAT, all of it. These things aren't going anywhere, ever!
