Customer service was amazing since I accidentally ordered size M. They responded quickly via chat and accepted my request to change it to S immediately. It only took about 3 minutes. Onto the item itself, First time trying these ear tips because the seller only included the foam tips with the iem when I bought the softears rsv. Definitely prefer silicon tips over foam. Sticky and comfortable. At first I was afraid it might get stuck inside my ears, but no, it’s connected to the iem pretty good compared to my other iems with spin fit and dunu eartips
